Use estar + a preposition to say where something is.

- de + el = del: El gato está debajo del sofá.
- entre does not take de: El banco está entre el cine y la tienda.
Practice
The cat is under the bed. How do you say this?
Debajo de = under, with estar for location.
Complete: "El banco está ___ parque." (near the)
Cerca de = near, and de + el = del.
Read: "La farmacia está entre el banco y el museo. El museo está a la derecha de la farmacia." What is to the left of the pharmacy?
The pharmacy is between the bank and the museum, and the museum is on its right, so the bank is on its left.
