7.4 Pronouns with Commands
Notes
- In affirmative commands, pronouns are attached to the end: Dímelo. Cómpralo. Hazlo.
- In negative commands, pronouns go before the verb: No me lo digas. No lo compres.
- Add a written accent to keep the stress on the original syllable: compra + lo → cómpralo; di + me + lo → dímelo; dame and dilo need no accent.
- Le / les + lo / la becomes se: Dáselo. No se lo des.
